SEPARIX is a our range of extraction experiments, achieving the perfect amalgamation of immiscible solutions with distinct densities, followed by a seamless separation process, is critical. Traditional methods often fall short, leading to inefficiencies and increased physical effort. Introducing the DFPL-J Series by Diva Envitec, an innovative and adaptable mixer-settler designed explicitly for extraction experiments.
The core of the mixer-settler is its sophisticated mixing and clarifying chambers. Liquids are introduced into the mixing chamber via dedicated inlets, where an intensive mixing and mass-transfer process occurs, facilitated by the agitator. The solution then proceeds into the clarifying chamber, where gravity-driven separation takes place, allowing for the discharge of distinct phases through separate outlets, effectively concluding the extraction process.
The DFPL-J Series is an independent creation, meticulously designed and constructed. Its components, including the motor, cover, tank cell, mixing and clarifying chambers, agitator, inlet and outlet pipes, and overflow baffles, are carefully assembled to ensure impeccable functionality and operational fluidity.
