Our Ceramic Dynamic Filtration system utilizes high-purity oxide ceramic membranes such as Al2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, and other composite materials based on a patented formula. These membranes have an asymmetric porous multilayer structure that ensures robust performance and durability even under harsh conditions.
The ceramic membrane system operates on the principle of dynamic “cross-flow filtration,” where internal pressure drives the filtration process from inside to outside. This method efficiently separates components, producing clear and transparent permeate while rejecting insoluble suspended matter, bacteria, oil, and macromolecular components to form a concentrated retentate.
Our ceramic membranes offer ultra-fine separability with pore sizes reaching down to the nanometer or molecular level, making them suitable for precise solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation processes.
Our ceramic membranes are categorized into microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), and nanofiltration (NF) based on pore size:
MF (Microfiltration): Average pore size between 50nm and 1200nm, ideal for solid-liquid separation and clarification.
UF (Ultrafiltration): Average pore size between 10nm and 50nm, suitable for clarification, oil-water separation, protein purification, and concentration.
NF (Nanofiltration): Average pore size from 1nm to 10nm, used for concentration, purification, and decoloration.
