How CONTUFILT-M Works ​
Our advanced filtration system utilises filter candles made from our proprietary vacuum-fused metallic open channel media, specifically engineered for precious metal catalyst filtration.

Our reactors are designed with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and adherence to industry standards. We offer a diverse selection of reactor types, including:
- CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor): Ideal for continuous flow processes with uniform mixing and steady-state operation.
- Plug Flow Reactor: Suited for reactions requiring minimal back-mixing and high reaction efficiency.
- Tubular Reactor: Designed for high-flow applications with a long, narrow reaction path.
- Batch Limpet Reactor: Features a limpet-coil jacket for effective heat transfer in batch processes.
- Jacketed Reactor: Equipped with a jacket for controlled heating or cooling during reactions.
- cGMP Reactor: Built to comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations for pharmaceutical applications.
Our reactors are designed in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div.-I, DIN standards, and other relevant specifications. We provide U-Stamp Coded vessels and adhere to welding procedures under Section IX, including special electrode selection.
We are equipped to manufacture vessels up to 20 tons in weight and 100 KL in capacity. Additionally, we offer site fabrication for larger vessels and storage facilities.
Material of Construction ​
We utilize a variety of materials to meet the demands of different chemical processes:

Our vessels are manufactured according to cGMP, USFDA, UKMCA, and TGA standards, featuring internal surface finishes up to 600 grits with mechanical and/or electro-polishing.
