Magnetic filtration effectively removes fine ferrous and paramagnetic contaminants—such as iron sulfide and iron oxide— from hydrocarbons during production, transport, and refining.
Non-magnetic particles like chlorides, sodium and calcium salts, silica, and other abrasive, reactive particulates are also captured as they adhere to magnetic sludge.
Unlike conventional filters, which fail with sub-10 micron particles, magnetic filters reduce clogging, lower maintenance, protect equipment, and offer a sustainable, low-waste solution for oil and gas operations.
