The company is involved in Design, Engineering, Installation of Process Turnkey plants for the chemical, textile, Dyes, API, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Pharmaceutical etc. 

People selling Industrial products, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Water treatment systems, energy sector etc. 

Candidates working with reputed companies that provide innovative solutions for filtration and separation, process engineering and Waste Water Treatment systems by providing Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, MBR systems etc.

Sales engineers – Chemical Process Engineers 

Job Description :

Products and solution selling into prospect customers, Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers, clearly communicating the uniqueness of the value proposition

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. You will keep yourself updated with new projects, and build contacts for new sales 

Measures of success will include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales and business success.

Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organising sales call schedules.

Return on Investment : 

Calculate ROI and model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, consultants and other professional and technical personnel.

Determines improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.

Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.

Communication:

Effectively communicate client needs to the company for future product enhancements

Development:

Plan and modify products to meet customer needs

Support:

Help clients solve problems with installed equipment. Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.

Market Trends:

Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Documentation and Reports:

Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information and engineering and application trends.
