CONTUFILT-M is designed to address these challenges with a state-of-the-art closed filtration system that minimizes losses and maximizes cost-effectiveness.
Our advanced filtration system utilises filter candles made from our proprietary vacuum-fused metallic open channel media, specifically engineered for precious metal catalyst filtration.
Filtration: Precious metal catalyst-containing liquids are processed through filter candles arranged in a tube bundle housed in a specialised unit. Reverse Flow: The system employs in-situ reverse flow for effective filtration and cleaning. Washing: Efficient washing processes are implemented to ensure the removal of contaminants. Gas-Assisted Discharge: Collected catalyst particles are discharged using gas assistance, allowing for collection as a semi-solid cake or slurry. Clean System: The candles are cleaned and prepared for the next batch without the need for system opening.Â
