Precision Porous Media
Precise filtration and flame arrestors
Through our advanced sintering techniques, we deliver precision-engineered filter elements to meet the most demanding requirements. Unlike the large sintered filter family produced using vacuum-fused and sintered processes, our precision sintered filter elements are manufactured by co-axial pressing. This method allows for a wide range of geometries to be achieved through the fusing process, with customizable pore sizes ranging from 0.5 µm to 200 µm.
Precision Sintered Filter Elements
Sintering transforms these elements into dimensionally stable, metallurgically strong components that can be used as self-supporting structural elements. The pore size and position are fixed, ensuring consistent performance. Our unique production technique enables the joining of porous and solid materials through a compacting process, resulting in innovative filter modules.
Process Operation
The pore size and structure of our filters are designed to determine the desired flow pattern for various applications. As gas or liquid flows through the porous matrix, the media actively participates in the filtration process, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
Experience the reliability and versatility of our precision sintered filter elements, engineered to support a wide array of industrial applications with unmatched durability and performance.

Features and Advantages
Chemical Resilience and Thermal Endurance
Matching Solid Materials: Sintered metals mirror the chemical and thermal traits of their solid counterparts, emphasizing durability. Note that high-porosity components (like sintered metals) might display distinct chemical properties due to specific surface area considerations.
Accurate Flow Control
Delicate Flow Management: Offers precision flow control, ensuring exact and controlled fluid movement for precise operations.
Effective Heat Dissipation
Amplified Surface Area: High surface area to volume ratio acts as a heat sink, efficiently dissipating heat and maintaining optimal temperatures.
