CONTUFILT - MH
Filtration Beyond Conventional Temperature Limits
CONTUFILT-MH is an advanced candle-based hot gas filtration system designed for high-temperature and corrosive environments. It ensures efficient removal of fine particulates from process gases, supporting emission control, catalyst protection, and resource recovery across critical industrial applications.

Hot-Gas Filtration & Pulse-Cleaning Dynamics
The system uses proprietary vacuum-fused metallic open-channel media, ceramics, or specialty alloys depending on process requirements. Gas flows through the filter under controlled pressure differential. Once the limit is reached, an automated back-pulsing mechanism cleans the filter elements, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
High-Temperature Separation & Operational Reliability
Sub-micron filtration efficiency in high temperature and high-pressure conditions
Robust filter media for corrosive and demanding environments
Automated back-pulsing cleaning for uninterrupted operation
Enhanced catalyst protection and process reliability
Long operational life with reduced maintenance needs
