PORESEP™

Ceramic Dynamic Filtration for Biosolids Removal

PORESEP™ by Diva Envitec is an advanced ceramic membrane filtration system designed for efficient biosolids removal and water treatment. Built on dynamic cross-flow filtration technology, PORESEP™ delivers high-performance separation across a wide range of industrial applications, ensuring clarity, durability, and long operational life even under challenging conditions.

PORESEP™

How It Works

  • Ceramic membrane filtration - uses high-purity oxide membranes (Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, SiC, TiO₂) for robust and precise separation.
  • Dynamic cross-flow operation - feed flows tangentially across the membrane surface, minimizing fouling and maintaining efficiency.
  • Inside-out filtration - pressure-driven system allows permeate to pass through while retaining suspended and high-molecular-weight contaminants.
  • Asymmetric multilayer structure - ensures high mechanical strength, permeability, and long membrane life.
  • Concentration & separation - produces clear permeate while concentrating solids, bacteria, oils, and macromolecules in the retentate.
