SEPARIX

Engineering Selectivity Between Liquid Phases

SEPARIX is a mixer-settler system designed for efficient liquid-liquid extraction. It enables precise mixing of immiscible liquids followed by effective phase separation, improving extraction efficiency and operational simplicity compared to conventional methods.

SEPARIX
01

Mixing, Interfacial Mass Transfer & Phase Disengagement

Liquids are introduced into a dedicated mixing chamber where controlled agitation ensures thorough contact and mass transfer. The mixture then flows into a clarifying chamber, where gravity-driven separation occurs. Distinct liquid phases are discharged through separate outlets, completing the extraction process.
