NANOPOREX

Engineering the Gas–Liquid Interface

NANOPOREX-S is an advanced nano-bubble sparging system designed to significantly improve gas-liquid mass transfer. By generating extremely fine nano to micro-bubbles, it enhances mixing, reaction efficiency, and overall process performance across chemical and biological applications.

NANOPOREX
01

Nanobubble Formation & Interfacial Mass Transfer

The system uses vacuum-fused metal micronisers with cavitation and first principles of physics to disperse gas into a fine mist of nano-bubbles. This dramatically increases the gas-liquid interfacial area, enabling faster and more efficient reactions. Static or dynamic sparger configurations ensure effective operation without moving parts.

02

Gas Utilisation, Mass Transfer & Reaction Intensification

  • Generates nano to micro-bubbles for superior gas dispersion

  • Up to 10,000x increase in mass transfer surface area

  • No moving parts for reliable and low-maintenance operation

  • Vacuum-fused sintered construction for durability and efficiency

  • Flexible design from single element to multi-element systems

03

Engineering Considerations

By moving-parts-free design, NANOPOREX-S delivers a step-change in gas-liquid mass transfer wherever reaction rate is limited by how much gas actually dissolves.
